- We strongly recommend that you purchase travel assistance insurance.
- For certain trips, we require mandatory purchase of travel assistance insurance and additional
specific insurance. This insurance must be taken out at your own responsibility and expense
be. The Wildlinger is entitled, prior to participation in a trip, to require the submission of

Wildlinger cannot assert any rights to compensation in the event of non-conformities,
accident or other damage to the extent shown to be due to:
1° the traveler;
2° a third party not involved in the performance of the travel services included in the package travel contract
involved and the nonconformity could not have been foreseen or prevented;
3° unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances;
The Wildlinger's liability, per travel contract, is limited to the amount provided by the The
Wildlinger received payment. Specifically for package tours, the liability of The
Wildlinger per package tour agreement is limited to three times the total travel price. This limitation applies
not for personal injury nor for intent or negligence within the meaning of article 51, §3 of the Law of 21

- The supervisors guide the smooth running of the expedition and make the final decisions regarding the
safe advance of it. Travelers should immediately conform to the guidelines and
decisions of the supervisors. In case of damages or non-conformities, the provisions of
article 3 above. - If equipment is rented it is always at your own responsibility. We are not liable for the loss or breakage of the rented equipment.
- We ask all participants to communicate any conditions (e.g. asthma) relevant to undertaking one of our trips at the time of registration.
- You are not registered for the trip until you have received confirmation from The Wildlinger after correctly completing and submitting your registration form. Your registration is not final until the correct amount of the deposit is in the account by the agreed deadline. Details: see order form.
- Travelers who wish to cancel their trip after sending a registration form and before payment of the deposit can do so free of charge.
- Travelers cannot cancel their bookings free of charge after final registration (i.e.: after payment of their deposit). The amount of the cancellation fee corresponds to the price of the package tour minus the cost savings and income from alternative use of travel services. We therefore recommend that participants purchase additional cancellation insurance. Because we want to ensure the affordability of the expedition for the other participants, it is impossible to allow cancellations. Therefore, the expedition cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. With that in mind, we do accept substitutes. If there is a waiting list, or if the cancelling person can substitute another person, then the original participant can still recover part of his registration fee. Any additional costs (e.g. if the plane ticket has already been booked and the name change involves additional costs) will be deducted. The money will only be refunded when another traveler is definitively and correctly enrolled, that is, after the new traveler has transferred the correct amount to The Wildlinger's account.
- After receiving your confirmation email, you have 10 business days to transfer the appropriate amount of the deposit to The Wildlinger's account to finalize your registration. The exact payment details can be found on the order form you receive with your confirmation email. Also, always check your Spam inbox.
- If the minimum number of participants of a particular trip is not reached, we reserve the right to cancel this trip free of charge. Already registered participants will have their already paid advances refunded. A decision will be made at least 1 month before departure.
- Transportation to and from the departure airport must be arranged by the traveler. We will let you know in time which airport to be at and at what time.
- Before departure, you will receive a checklist of equipment you need to provide to participate in the trip comfortably.
- Participants are required to bring appropriate clothing listed in the equipment list for the trip. If the guides on site determine that you are not adequately equipped, they may decide not to allow you to participate in certain activities.
- The Wildlinger cannot be held responsible for acts or statements made by participants during the trip that may be grounds for legal action.
- At the start of the trip, candidates must have a valid national passport, valid at least until one month after the day of return from the trip.
- Unforeseen circumstances and/or force majeure (weather conditions etc.) affecting the course of the trip can never be recovered from the organization.
- Travelers are asked not to carry valuables on the package tour, especially
timepieces, jewelry, etc. to be taken with them. If secure custody is provided by a residence
offered, whether in the form of individual lockers or not, it is mandatory to make use of these
be. Under no circumstances should valuables be left unattended or unguarded, e.g., in
a bus, shuttle or room accessible to third parties (including cleaning personnel). - At the start of travel requiring an international passport, candidates must be in possession of a valid international passport at least valid for three months from the date of return from travel.
- At the start of trips requiring an international driver's license, applicants must hold a valid international driver's license valid for at least three months from the date of return from the trip.
- Participants are responsible for providing the correct visa.
- Regarding competitive travel. If the coaching staff has evidence or sufficient reason that a particular duo is cheating or making arrangements with another duo such that the fairness of the game is compromised, the coaching staff may decide to remove the duo from the competition. The expedition will continue as normal for that duo, they just can no longer compete for the grand prize. Scoring is always the responsibility of the guides.
- If baggage is lost or damaged, travelers must complete a "property irregularity report" at the airport's lost baggage department. Without this document, it is impossible to obtain compensation through any insurance policy. In case of transportation by coach, a certificate must be requested from the accompanying employee.
- The schedules listed are indicative only. In all circumstances, the traveler should note that they are subject to change both before and during the trip.
- The information contained in this document was prepared according to data known to us up to six months before its publication. If any changes occur in operation, facilities and services of the products offered, they will be communicated immediately upon knowledge by the organizer.
- The organizer's performance will begin and end at the pick-up point.
- The traveler must, in an evidential manner, promptly inform the organizer of any non-conformity he experiences during the performance of the package travel contract.
- The traveler is entitled to an appropriate price reduction for proven services not obtained.
This price reduction can never exceed the equivalent value of the services not obtained and
will not be payable if it is shown that the non-conformity is due to the traveler. - For any disputes that cannot be resolved through the Disputes Committee, only the Court of Ghent, Dendermonde division has jurisdiction.
- The deposit payable is always 50% of the total trip cost.
Tenderer, acknowledges kand has taken cognizance of the fact that the package travel contract entered into by him may, due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, be rendered impossible by a decision of the Belgian authorities or other authorities in or en route to the destination, and is therefore aware of the risk associated with his reservation including the possibility that on his return he will have to submit to quarantine rules imposed by the Belgian authorities.
The traveler acknowledges having been duly informed of the exceptional circumstances caused by the coronavirus crisis that may affect his travel, and of the pandemic situation at his travel destination. He has also taken note of the current travel advisories issued by the FPS Foreign Affairs warning that travel is currently discouraged (https://diplomatie.belgium.be/nl). Accordingly, the traveler declares to be fully aware of the risks posed by the coronavirus to the smooth running of his trip and decides to depart on his trip anyway in full knowledge of the facts."
